When you submit a pull request or contact form on our platform, we collect identifiers such as your name, email address, and project specifications. This data is processed strictly for contract execution and service delivery based on user consent. We never sell or distribute telemetry data to third-party ad networks.

2. Terms of Service

By accessing QuantoraLogic's digital products, open-source repositories, and design consultation services, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. All services are governed by Spanish commercial law under the jurisdiction of the courts of Vigo, Pontevedra.

Intellectual Property & Licensing

Unless otherwise specified under open-source MIT licenses in individual repositories, all visual assets, UI kits, design tokens, and interface frameworks created by QuantoraLogic remain protected under copyright law. Deliverables rendered during client engagements transfer ownership upon full payment settlement.

Limitation of Liability

QuantoraLogic provides digital design frameworks and consultation "as-is" without warranty of any kind. We shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the implementation or misuse of our design systems.

3. Cookie Policy

QuantoraLogic uses local storage and lightweight session cookies to maintain user interface preferences (such as terminal themes and cookie consent state).

LocalStorage Persistence

Our cookie banner stores a boolean flag (`quantora_cookie_accepted: true`) locally in your browser to prevent repetitive prompts. You can clear this storage at any time through your browser developer settings or by revoking consent.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the bespoke, open-source, and digital nature of QuantoraLogic's design services, retainers and repository licenses are generally non-refundable once engineering sprints or design audits have commenced.

Milestone Disputes & Cancellations

If a project milestone is canceled prior to sprint initiation, clients are eligible for a partial refund minus administrative and initial scoping hours. For billing inquiries, contact [email protected].
